This Recipe of Mac-N-Cheese is so Good! Everyone I made it for absolutely LOVED it! Even the little guy loved eating it! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/baked-macaroni-and-cheese-cupcakes-recipe/index.html I also used Mozerella and cheddar cheese and a lot more cheese to help the cupcake shape of the mac-n-cheese!

Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I've been on a hunt to find a good chocolate chip recipe. I've tried so many different ones from mrs. fields cookie to my better and homes cookies recipe. Lets just say too many cookie recipes to count on my hands. I finally came across this recipe from a ina garten cook book my aunt let me use and it's the BEST EVER Chococlate Chunk Cookie I have tasted! Try it and you'll love them also! 1/2 lb unsalted room temperature butter

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 extra-large eggs at room temperature

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp kosher salt

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

1 1/4 lbs semisweet chocolate chunks (Nestle)

makes 36-40 cookies

cream butter and 2 sugars than add vanilla, then eggs, one ata time, mix well.

sift together flour, baking soda, salt and add to the butter with mixer on low speed. fold in walnuts and chocolate chunks.

drop dough on baking sheet. flatten the dough slightly. bake for exactly 15 minutes (I only baked it for 10 minutes because of my oven) The cookies will seem underdone with you take them out.

Taco Salad

I love making Taco Salad! It's so easy and quick to make especially if I have left over ground beef seasoned in taco seasoning! I usually cook a lot of ground beef in taco seasoning and use some for tacos and freeze the left over for a different dish later on. Most of the ingredients in this recipe are stocked in my fridge all of the time like cheese, lettuce, green onion, tomatoe and ranch dressing.
Taco Salad recipe
1 lb ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
2 green onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
Iceburg Lettuce
1 can of olives
1 can of kidney beans (or anykind of beans you have in the pantry)
shredded cheese (any kind. I prefer chedder cheese)
and don't forget ranch dressing to tie it all together
ENJOY!!
